Rentals

Provan Motors offers tailor-made rental solutions, for short- and long-term rentals guaranteeing perfect budget control for your mobility.

How do we do this?

Contact Provan Motors to discuss the duration of the contract, the car type and your budget.
A rental agreement is drawn up, in mutual consultation, within the established legal framework.

When picking up the rental car on the agreed date kindly bring the following documents with you:
- A valid Belgian ID
- A valid European driver's licence
- A deposit depending on the type of rental agreement (to be paid in cash)
At the end of the rental agreement you will return the car on the agreed date:
- the car must be in a clean state on the inside and outside.
- the car must have same level of fuel as when you picked it up.

We will check the car together based on the inventory which is always drawn up at the start of the contract.

Maintenance

Since we moved to Eke, we have entered into a partnership with Autopunt. This enables us to provide maintenance, bodywork and repairs for all makes and models at competitive prices.

Autopunt is located within walking distance of Provan Motors.
In case of repairs or maintenance, replacement cars are available at 30 euro/day.

Provan Motors offers a sale on commmission service, at a very favourable rate.

How do we go about selling your car on commission?

We jointly determine a realistic sales price for your car and the term within which you wish to sell the car.
Provan Motors will provide professional photos, a technical information sheet and a detailed overview of all the options.
Provan Motors will promote your car on the most frequently used websites (autoscout24.be,...) as well as on our own website, www.provanmotors.be
During the sales process we will inform you of any potential buyers and offers.
When a sale price has been agreed Provan Motors will take care of all the administration, the legally required vehicle inspection before the sale and the Carpass.

You can continue to use your car during the sales process if you wish.

Selling on commission (sale by assignment) implies a direct transaction between the previous owner (private individual) and the new owner. There is no legal warranty for this type of sale. You may take out a warranty insurance if you wish for an additional fee.
